Côta Vera 5K Fun Run
We invite you to participate in the Côta Vera 5K Fun run, an new event in Chula Vista dedicated to bringing together residents in Chula Vista for a day filled with family, neighbors, friends and fun!
The event will be held at the Chula Vista Elite Athlete Center (Formally the Olympic Training Center) and gives participants a unique opportunity to run a 5K through the training grounds typically reserved for national and international athletes. The course will wind you around different Olympic training facilities with incredible views of the Otay Ranch landscape.
This event welcomes participants of all ages and stages of life. Whether it’s running solo or in a group or walking or pushing a stroller, Côta Vera 5K Fun Run promises to be a day filled with fun! The event will feature a beer garden, food trucks and local vendors. Race participants will receive drink tickets and some cool race swag!
The event is only $25 per person and kids 13 and under race for free. All proceeds from this event go to support the South Bay Community Services who offer incredible chartable resources for families in need in the South Bay.
