The Newest Addition to Côta Vera has Residents Wagging Tails.

Côta Vera’s favorite furry residents have an exciting new space worth barking about. The new Central Bark Park is a conveniently located, fenced in area right across from the Central Square Park. Dogs of all sizes can play comfortably and safely with two specialized sections where large and small dogs can play separately.

Bring out the whole pack next playtime because our Bark Park is welcome to all. This off-leash play pad is the perfect spot for getting out zoomies and making all types of new furiends. 

The Bark Park is just one of many local amenities that keep our neighborhood pups’ tails wagging. The homeowner-exclusive Côta Vera Lifestyle App (Available for IOS and Android) and features a paw-sonnel directory of all the neighborhood pups in one convenient place. Not only is this adorable and a great way to find your pup’s next playdate, it’s a useful tool that can help with community safety and getting lost dogs back home safe and sound where they belong.

  • Novo Brazil Brewing: Dog-friendly brewery & restaurant at the Otay Ranch Mall in Chula Vista, CA. This brewery focuses on crafting brews and cultivating meals inspired by Brazil. Friendly, leashed dogs are welcome on the outdoor patio.  
  • Chula Vista Brewery: Dog-friendly pub in Chula Vista, CA that serves craft beer and a food menu. Dogs are welcome on the outside patio.  
  • Handels Homemade Ice Cream: Pet-friendly ice cream shop at Eastlake Terraces retail center in Chula Vista, CA. They have a dog menu of frozen treat cups for Fido, and “baby cones” are also popularly ordered for dogs. Fido will need to wait outside while you order, you and your pup can enjoy your desserts at one of four umbrella-covered tables out front. They offer 48 flavors available daily and more than 140 flavors that rotate seasonally.
